First, through the use of inspection equipment (infrared camera, non-evasive and evasive moisture meters and hydrometers), we can map out and identify exactly where the moisture is trapped within a structure. 

Next, a comprehensive plan is developed to address the type of dehumidifiers (LGR, Desiccant, Refrigerant, and its size -Portable or Truck Mount) that should be placed in the building.

A complete charting of humidity, temperature, and moisture content are logged daily to monitor the conditions so that equipment can be economically utilized and detailed for the insurance company.
