Lloyd Lane, Owner/ President

Lloyd joined G.S. Jones in 2015 as the Director of Business Development. Using his business acumen, he acquired ownership of GS Jones in August of 2020. Lloyd is a graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, OH with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain, project management and sales and is excited to continue the excellence in quality that GS Jones Restoration is known for.

Donald Bair, Director of Operations/ Senior Estimator/Consultant

Don began his career as the owner of a successful carpet cleaning business after graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He joined G.S. Jones in 1997 as a Project Manager responsible for the completion of restoration projects. In 2001, Don moved to Estimating Property Damage. During this time, Don earned the Certified Restorers (CR) designation and Water Loss Specialists (WLS) through the Restoration Industry Association, and HAIG Certification. Don also has   extensive experience in consulting services.

David “Red” Meyers, Project Manager

An expert handy-man and residential painter in his own right, Red joined GS Jones in 2022 bringing his attention to detail and quality work mindset to all GS Jones Projects.

Brian Welsh, Consultant/Estimator

Brian is a Pennsylvania Certified Instructor for Water Damage Restoration and continuing education. He is also a Certified Mold Professional, Certified Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician, Certified Advanced Structural Drying Technician, HAIG Certification. Brian has a degree in Specialized Construction Technology and has estimated and consulted on projects nationwide.

Greg Cummins, Project Manager

Greg joined GS Jones in the Fall of 2020 with extensive experience in restoration construction management.  He holds multiple certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation and 19 years of experience.

Clinton Baynham, Estimator

Clinton joined GS Jones in February of 2020. A graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, Clinton has a background in construction and business.   He holds certification in Advanced Structural Drying and LEAD Renovation Certification.

Anthony Ralph, Project Manager

Anthony comes to us with 15 years of subcontracting and project manager experience.  He has water loss remediation, mold remediation and lead paint training.

Brandon Schneider, Project Manager

A longtime employee of our 1800 Board Up division, Brandon transitioned to become a full time project manager in the Fall of 2021.

Elaine Sweitzer, Content Supervisor

Elaine joined G.S. Jones in 2009 as a Content Cleaning Specialist and in 2013 moved into the position of Content Cleaning Supervisor. Elaine is a graduate of Hopewell High School and has a degree in Business Management from Beaver County Community College. Elaine previously worked at Joy Dog Food in Oakdale and Lenders Service Mortgage Company in Moon Township before coming to G.S. Jones.

Dena Terrano, Unique Process Director

Dena comes to GS Jones with an extensive background in administration, client relations and account management. She holds a bachelors degree in History Pre-Law from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and works closely with clients, construction and consulting teams.

Sonya “Sunny” DiGiorno, Director of Business Development

Sunny has spent more than 20 years working as a police officer, having responded to many disasters throughout her career.   She also brings over 15 years of experience working in business development in the staffing, real estate and insurance industries.  Her combined experience helps her understand the importance of having a reliable and efficient restoration company respond after unexpected property damage occurs.

Denice Shipeck, Content Cleaning Technician

Denice joined G.S. Jones in 2013 as a Content Cleaning Technician. Denice graduated from Quigley Catholic High School and lives in Baden, PA with her family.  

Jon King, Project Manager

After years, in the gas & oil industry, Jon transitioned into the construction industry, 10 years later he Joined GS Jones in 2023 as a project manager.

Doreen Carraway, Accountant

Doreen has been with G.S. Jones since 2003 and provides accounting analysis. She also monitors and adapts the companies' information technology needs.

Robert Craig, 1-800 Board Up Director

Robert joined G.S. Jones in 2009 as a 1-800 BoardUp Technician. In 2015, Robert became the 1-800 BoardUp manager for the Pittsburgh area and in 2023 the Director. Robert has brought 17 years of field management experience with him to G.S. Jones. A career firefighter, Rob, utilizes his experience to compassionately provide victim services to those who have property damage.

Monica Craig, 1800 Board Up Administrator, Steramist / Cleaning Technician

With the need for disinfection services at an all time high, Monica joined GS Jones in early 2020, working tirelessly to aid our clients in providing a safe clean environment. Now she liaises with board up clients to ensure correct paperwork and billing.
